marcella's the reason why the internet was down for 4 days. she managed in like 2 minutes to un-plug just about anything that had to do with our modem, and made it look like craziness with all the wires...thanks to dayle the last ditch effort was to un-plug the modem and take the battery out...and viola! we're logged in again!!!! whooo hooo! now, if i could just figure out how to keep her away from the wires in the future!
